After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg.

Lesson 1:

A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower, when the doorbell rings.

The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs..

When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next-door neighbor..

Before she says a word, Bob says, ‘I’ll give you $800 to drop that towel.’

After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob, after a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 and leaves.

Lesson 6

A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field.

While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him.

As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was.

Lesson 5

A turkey was chatting with a bull.

‘I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree’ sighed the turkey, ‘but I haven’t got the energy.’
‘Well, why don’t you nibble on some of my droppings?’ replied the bull. They’re packed with nutrients.’

The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree.

Lesson 4

An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing.

A small rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, ‘Can I also sit like you and do nothing?’
The eagle answered: ‘Sure, why not.’

It’s easy to get in a comfort zone.  Actually, it is quite normal to get in a comfort zone and stay there.

Talk to the IBM board of directors back in the 70’s and 80’s.  Big Blue was comfortable and they almost lost all their marbles because of it.

For any business to survive, you must constantly evolve.  If you are a small business, it’s even tougher to see the turn you need to make because the windshield is so fogged up with 70-90 hour work weeks, family members griping, and things that just don’t seem to go your way.

When I was a teenager, I can remember bussing tables for $3.85 an hour.  It wasn’t exactly a career job but it was either that or not graduate on time.  See, I was what you might call a -terrible- student.  After failing 7th grade, 8th grade, 9th grade, 10th grade, and 11th grade, I pretty much expected to be in summer school my Senior year too.

I’m not sure what happened or how it happened, but some how when I showed up for work, I was in a different world.   The Sr. Bus Boy I trained with taught me the ropes and from that point forward, I was a different man.  All of a sudden I went from terrible student to Mr A Type personality on steroids.

During the gold rush era, people were flocking into California like there was no tomorrow.  They were hoping to dig deep enough to hit a massive vein of gold and they would never have to work again.  All they had to do it move to California, buy their tools and start digging!

Behind the scenes: When there was rumors of gold being spread, a shrewd business man went around and bought all the mining equipment for lower than normal because he was buying so many.

Hype: ‘There’s gold in them thar hills!”

How To Pick Up Women – And Make A Buck Too

Want to know how the pros do it?  It’s not something they think about.  It’s just good ole paying attention when you are supposed to.

Situation: Social Gathering, groups of lovely ladies everywhere

Assumed: Three women standing together are impossible to hit on

Action: Instead of eying the woman you think you want to be with and then approaching her.  Take this approach.

Wow.  I just got off a 2 hour conference call with a client in California.  I’ve been disconnected for several weeks and it really is like a slap in the face coming back to a team that has been meeting daily.  It really is almost painful.  There’s not enough time in the world to catch up to a group of  highly motivated individuals that have a two week head start on you.

As marketers, our first instinct is usually to hunt down and kill our prey.  We may not use guns or spears but we definitely learn how hit the mark.  Over time, we practice and hone our skills to move any product in any segment of the population.
